Familiarize yourself with SMACNA's IAQ Guideline for Occupied Buildings Under Construction. [This is really important. The LEED exam really likes to test your knowledge of all the nitty-gritty details of these reference standards!]
Remember that the building needs to be flushed out for at least two weeks, and that all filters must be replaced after the flush-out. Also, the return side of HVAC systems should be isolated or dampered off to avoid contamination during the construction phases!

That flush out would be two weeks of 24/7 operation at 100% outside air. Assuming the hvac equipment can maintain the temperature and humidity requirements.
If you want to use minimum outside air the time jumps out to 17 weeks.
