The Colorado Chapter's LEED NC 2.2 Study Guide is $50 for non-Colorado Chapter members.
Some swears by this guide to pass the exam, but some finds using the Reference Guide more than sufficient.

I recently ordered the Colorado Study Guide/Mock Exam, and they are emailing PDFs out now instead of mailing physical hard copies - so for those of you looking to get it before October 31st as a practice test, it is possible!

I found my in a local store, if my memory don't fail me I found this in bookstore called The Castle.
